Please contact us at support@eclipsebeams.com within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and a brief explanation to start your free return request.
Make sure to return the item in its original packaging, so we can recycle it and help reduce waste!
For standard returns, we will refund the product cost only (the £6 shipping fee is non-refundable).
If your item is damaged during shipping or has a quality issue, we’ll issue a full refund, including the shipping fee.
We are unable to accept returns if:
✘ The product is damaged due to accidents, misuse, modifications, or improper installation
✘ The return request is submitted after 14 days

Customized items (such as engraved products) are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue, as they cannot be resold.
If you wish to return a handmade lamp, please note that you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you the return address and detailed instructions.
Please ship the package within 7 days after receiving the confirmation email.
After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
